Great Information, a bit cobbled together

Lot's of great information. It seems this used to be a program on a set of disks. Here and there it tells us to put in disk #. Also, refers to an accompanying Beauty Revival Guide that can be downloaded, I could not find that anywhere. Near the end of the book, he keeps referring us to specific pages in the book. Adding a pdf download would be appreciated. I think this was recycled recording, it could be improved by editing out the statements that don't make sense in an audiobook.

Save your credit, get the book

There is lots of good advice in this, but he often refers to pages in the book or items on his website, which seem to be unavailable or non-existent. This really needs an accompanying PDF with all the quizzes and such he talks about, While it is an interesting listen, you are better off with the book.
