Follow Matt Sheridan in Book Three of the acclaimed series by Robert Cole.

The world is decimated after Islamic terrorists unleash a combined nuclear and biological attack on the United States. Barbaric acts of violence and forced slavery forced him to flee his home, and now rogue elements of what remains of the federal government have chased him from his country. Follow the seasoned Army Ranger and his extended family as they land ashore in Ireland and attempt to make the Emerald Isle their safe haven. Prepare yourself for action, intrigue and hours of lost sleep scrambling to see what happens next to the Sheridan family. Author Robert Cole brings his knowledge as a “red-cell” team leader on some of the most-classified Department of Defense’s Weapons of Mass Destruction scenarios to this realistic, captivating third novel.

Robert Cole continued from Book 2, Breaking Contact in a familiar manner from Book 1 when forced to relocate the accumulating family from eminent danger but this time to another continent. However, before doing that, they acquired a multi-million dollar super-yacht and did it in style. However, as to be expected when they decided to altruistically share the vaccine, it drew some scary bad elements who were hell-bent on taking it by force. After the predictable amount of close encounters, things got deadly serious and finally ended in an epic battle in the end.

Virtual Voice continued to put on a good narrating performance.

Satisfying series ending

Author does a great job developing characters and hardship without resorting to outlandish or unbelievable bad guys. I am a fan.

Great story telling

If the book had not used AI voice, it would have been perfect. I’m not sure how many times when talking about caliber, the AI voice referred to it was calories.

GREAT STORY! Highly recommend
