What did you like best about this story?

They finally brought out that both sides of the force can be used by the same person without the having to commit to being one or the other.

difficult to follow plot due to abridgement

I've listened to most of these books abridged and they are not as hard to follow as this.

Heavily abridged. But coheirent.

Such a great story and finally a followup to the drama in the Hapes Consortium. After the courtship of princess leia and lighsabers did some heavy setup, this book finally pays off so many of the details we’ve learned about Tenal Ka and her family hijynx. If only the audiobook included more of her story and her unwanted rise to power. Love the NJO books and listening to this was better than nothing yet i wish someone would make unabridged versions of these books. Jaina Solo shines on her fall to the darkside. Solid book. Horrid audiobook.

Paid too much!!

I knew what I was getting into buying the abridged versions of this but these last few in the series were BUTCHERED! Actually hard to follow the story it was so badly edited! Don't have time to read all the books but I feel I need to now.
