Ellen G. White, pioneer and prophetess of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, published Steps to Christ in 1892 as a methodical guide for the evangelical. She describes the steps needed to be taken in order to become close to Christ on a personal level. The book expands greatly on topics, such as repentance, confession, acceptance, and prayer.

this book is written based on the Bible, which the reader has clearly never read or maybe even heard of. She mispronounced at least 25 different words including several books of the Bible, names and other words a typical 7th grader would know the proper pronunciation of. loved the book but the constant mispronunciation of words was somewhat irritating.

The story is great, it’s based on biblical teachings. However, The person reading this book has never even read the Bible. She mispronounced so many words from the Bible. I almost can’t listen to it. Do yourself a favor and get the CDs from the SDA church. You’re doing yourself a disservice to listen to this one. If I could give it back I would.

The narrator is terrible

Disliked narrator- distracting when she cannot pronounce words correctly that she doesn’t know- and there are a lot of them.
