what a crazy start

I really enjoyed reading this author.  I look forward to reading more books by this author in the near future.

Absolutely different from what I usually expect from Max Monroe but certainly just as great. This was a captivating, intriguing and emotional roller coast ride to go on; And I loved every second of it.

This is a definite cliff-hanger. on to book 2. I hate when that happens, didn't you... lol

Meh

I’ve probably read 80% of the books written by MM. I really like their writing style and characters. With that said, this series was a bit flat for me. It’s really a single story wrapped into 3 books instead of 1. I just didn’t connect with Lilly and thought her twin Cami came across as low IQ. If you’re new to MM just know this series is solid but not their best work.

This first book is full of mystery, drama, and the start of romance. The book starts out with a lot of intrigue and gets more interesting as you go.

Ivy and Levi are so different. An actress and a small town policeman. It’s interesting how their lives cross.

There’s a lot of tension, both emotional and romantic. As more characters enter, things get more complicated and mysterious.

Ends on a cliffhanger, but the next book is locked and loaded.

Narrators do a good job with the characters.
