A beautiful book and process

This book weaves together the power of the subconscious over our life situations and the power of hypnosis, dream analysis, rewriting your story, etc over the subconscious. I’ve studied all of these elements, but Ausra weaves it together in a way that is making sense in a way I’ve not yet experienced. The narration is also clear and soothing. Thank you!!

Love self help books

I can’t get enough of these books. Another great book added to my reading collection.

A great listen, highly recommend.

I haven’t read/listened to many self help books but I have to say I quite enjoyed this authors take. Learning how to locate problematic tendencies in one’s self and utilizing author’s techniques to help pull yourself out from them was enlightening. Highly recommend.

I didn’t know how much I needed this!

I stumbled upon this book by pure happenstance.
It was really short- but an enjoyable listen with a powerful message.
I enjoyed the narrators voice as I listened.
I think everyone needs this book in their life!
