After a stint policing the rough streets of Kansas City, Missouri, Chris Voss joined the FBI, where his career as a kidnapping negotiator brought him face-to-face with bank robbers, gang leaders and terrorists. Never Split the Difference takes you inside his world of high-stakes negotiations, revealing the nine key principles that helped Voss and his colleagues succeed when it mattered the most—when people's lives were at stake.

Rooted in the real-life experiences of an intelligence professional at the top of his game, Never Split the Difference will give you the competitive edge in any discussion.

This feels so robotic and doesn’t make sense - I loved the book so wanted to recommend the summary to some of my employees but it’s not great.

I feel like they changed the person who reads the book and honestly it’s throwing me off haha. Reading the reviews, it seems like the last person was really bad.

So, I listened to a preview of the book this is based on; not so bad. So to have this book summery so horribly narrated seems like almost sabotage... Painful to listen to, as if it were done by a computer that didn't quite understand the content of what was being read... Seriously, what were they going for here?

Wow, what were they thinking at Audible?
