🔥 Sunset Strip Murders — A Shocking True Crime Story

Los Angeles, 1980.
Neon. Nightclubs. Heat that never breaks.
And two killers hunting side-by-side.

When lonely nurse Carol Bundy met smooth-talking drifter Doug Clark at a North Hollywood bar, no one imagined the darkness that would follow. Together, they prowled the Sunset Strip — picking up young women, taking them home, and leaving bodies in the hills and alleys of L.A. as the city slept.

Police were overwhelmed. Reporters swarmed. Rumors spread like wildfire.
But behind the headlines was something far colder — a partnership fueled by lust, manipulation, and the thrill of the kill.

This is the full, documented account of Doug Clark and Carol Bundy:
the victims they stalked, the evidence detectives uncovered,
and the trial that shocked California.

You’ll read:

• The night the killing began
• Doug’s chilling testimony — and why he wanted death
• Carol’s confessions, retractions, and final breakdown
• The courtroom scenes no one present ever forgot

Raw. Immersive. Uncompromisingly real.

Step inside a case so disturbing it changed how Los Angeles understood evil.

A gripping true crime story for readers who cannot look away.

I liked this listen I am a huge fan of true crime. This had my attention the whole way through. No nonsense straight to the facts. Eloquent writing set the stage for what was to come.

it was very difficult to get past the AI narration. words that would normally roll off your tongue were just butchered with the wrong inflection. it really made it difficult to listen

I don't like the AI narration

Interesting case study, but the computer narration was pathetic. I suppose this is the future of audiobooks, but I am NOT a fan. The cadences, delivery, and interpretations require a lot of refinement before this is going to be an acceptable means of delivery.
