People have asked me how did I go from being a poor student to PhD, Harvard fellowship, and the author of six books? I thought about that question for years, developed an answer, taught it, and now published a paperback, Kindle, and audiobook in response.

Do you or does someone you know have ADHD or you suspect they are on the spectrum for having it? I have met lots students who do have it and adults my age who have recently learned they do. Whatever your difference is, it’s a relief to find out that you are not lazy, crazy, or stupid. That’s how I felt most of my life. Behavioral health specialist diagnosed as a child but do not get the help I needed until I was nearly 30! Since then I started developing what I now call Super 7 as a way to make what’s different about me like a super power.
