Main Female Character Is Nuts

Her running all the time makes no sense. She runs after their time in the hotel. She says she was looking for him but then finds him and she turns him into a monster. Granted he doesn't talk to her before making decisions but that's not a good reason. She is stubborn and bull headed. Then her mom got on the band wagon warning her away but there was no good reason. Even the reason she gave. If the reason was better then maybe I could relate but I can't. It just makes her look like a witch.

The they get back together and sue has spicy sleep with him with no protection. That makes no sense because why would she want another baby when she just 3 minutes ago was running out of fear.

The idea of this story was good. Execution not so much. Make it make sense. Help us to emotionally connect to your characters. Changing the why would do that.
