Steps were very clearly stated. Easy to follow. Very informative of the many different types of narcissists. Great to read if you’re only just learning that you’ve been dealing with narcissistic abuse.

Thorough and helpful

Thorough and helpful, especially for a short 31 minute audio book! Easy to understand too. I’m convinced, more than ever that my ex is a bonafide classic narcissist! Wish I had the physical book, to use and fill in the workbook questions in the back!

How interesting and informative! So interesting, that I ended the book with three pages of notes! Hit (very) close to home. Good insight and tips for anyone going through this situation.

Substantial, for such a short title

Short and to the point. All of it is good advice. I did not mind the virtual voice for a non-fictional title that is this short.
