I spent 60 years of my life being abused, bullied and manipulated. First by my family of origin, then by my husband, and he taught my children to treat me the same way. I was naïve and trusting and projected my conscience onto them. It is very validating to understand the BMN and to know that it wasn’t my fault. It is painful and no way to live. BMNs are so deceptive and toxic. The public and especially the courts need to be educated on their BS and call it out for what it is. The victim should not be blamed and BMN needs to be called out for their despicable behavior.

Very validating!
