Amazing Book with Excellent Strategies/Suggestions

I am so glad this book was available to me for free; I hope it remains free for many people who are undergoing or will undergo narcissistic abuse and need real tools and strategies in one place for support. Narcissists also tend to control your finances, what you watch or listen to, and may go through your phone history, so at least this being free won't flag the finances part. Described methods such as DARVO, yellow rock, agree rock, gray rock, and not engaging in conversations with narcissists without looking like you are the bad guy. 10/10 would highly recommend this book; only drawback is the AI narrator.

At first I was disappointed it was a virtual voice but after a bit you get use to it. But the contents of the book even though it's short I have learned alot about how to deal with Narcissist and I wish I knew about this growing up and how many of them you will come across in your life. Gray rock them and be boring.
