Disappointed...a little

When I first started listening to this book I thought, have I already "read" this? Certain things seemed so familiar - the down-on-his luck pilot most notably. In researching Sandra Brown's audiobooks (I'm a HUGE fan BTW and pre-ordered this one) I found Low Pressure narrated by the same person. That's the connection. I see that Mr. Slezak has narrated many of Ms. Brown's books and I've read and/or listened to them all, but I find his voice on this book particularly annoying perhaps because he sounds exactly like Dent in Low Pressure and it makes it confusing.

I believe the book would have been more enjoyable had the reader adapted a different accent/tone or the book was read by someone else.

Entertainment but not the depth I usually like in a murder espionage mystery. Good for what it is.

Spoiled!!

Interesting plot spoiled with explicit sex descriptions!!! Too bad writer needed to go in that direction.

Victor Slazak n Sandra Brown are a great team

Slazak has that low, full bodied voice that enhances the sexy scenes so well. And Brown writes those scenes without tooo much detail - her characters respond to each other perfectly.
Loved this book. Ending was a surprise.

Fast-Paced, Intriguing and Sexy

I enjoyed Tailspin very much. The two main characters were a dynamic couple both with enough backstory to make their interactions so believable. The story line was very intriguing and all of the side characters were intense. I listened to it while packing up my house for a move and it sure kept me on task and motivated!
