Claudia grew up in a trailer park and had anger issues stemming from a rough childhood and abandonment. Anton grew up in a seemingly idyllic household that was harboring a fiendish secret. They meet in the seaside town of Merrick when they are in their teens and have a summer fling that ends after he ghosts her.

Ten years after a childhood fling, two former lovers, Anton and Claudia, reconnect on social media and quickly fall in love. When the two meet back up in their home town, the illusion of happy ever after quickly dissolves as heavy drinking and a failing business gets in their way. That is until one night, when in a fit of rage, Claudia kills a man. To cover up the crime, she chops up the body in the basement and turns him into restaurant fare. She’s sure that the problem solved itself but her gift of anger keeps rearing its ugly head and the body count starts to stack up. The restaurant begins to become more popular than ever, causing a new need for more victims. But the deeper they go into their slaughter the more their lives unravel.
