This Series is definitely in the top 3 favorites!! I fall in love with each book thinking there is no way they get better.. I am wrong every single time!! I absolutely love these Alpha men and their kick ass women!! I hate that I only have 2 more to go!

The only disappointment so far is that Rhenna has not written books for Danny & Ivan... wish I could read their stories!

Great book!

Great addition to the series!! Loved Knox and Daria’s story. Knox had an interesting story and Daria as well but how they end up is cute and somewhat explosive. Their chemistry is felt from the beginning and throughout the storyline. I loved Knox and Daria. I also loved Daria and her honesty. Good book and character. Love how all the characters continue in the series and there is continuity. Recommend. Look forward to the next in the series!

WTH happened???

RM what happened? I was so into this series until this book. Book one, Jace had me swooning. Book two, Zeke had my heart melting. Book three, Trevor had me breathless. Book four... well I can't find the words to describe how disappointed I was!

This is Knox's story... In Book 3, Knox mentioned using a skip tracer with a questionable past to help Trevor out of his situation... Well we get to meet her in this book. Darya is a Russian on the run. She assumes her friends identity (not going to spoil why) and decides to try to get more out of her new life. Enter Knox. She asks him to mentor her in exchange she will be his sort of intern. Things go from platonic to more from there...

My issue with this is that Knox and Darya's relationship was not easy flowing like the other relationships in this book. Knox is cold and calculating in his relationships (again not going to spoil why) and lets Darya know where things stand BUT when Darya does what he wants from the get go he gets pissed??? On the other hand Darya is quick to admit she only wants a lustful relationship from the start but by the next day she decides she is in deep??? I get insta-lust to more... where RM when wrong was transitioning to the "more" bit. As the reader/listener, Darya and Knox only interacted like 2 maybe 3 times outside of the bedroom and then BAM they HAVE to be more... how can a listener/reader really connect with that? I mean throw in a few swoon worthy dates.... a few tender kisses and touches... and a few real heart to heart conversations outside of the bedroom and maybe I can connect with the "HAVE " to be together notion. I really wanted to like this book.... like I said the first 3 in the series were worth every credit I spent but sadly... this one is just not for me.

John Lane is fast becoming a favorite narrator of mine. He is no Sebastian York but can hold his own as a narrator. I would love to hear him narrator sci-fi romance or paranormal romance... I haven't checked yet but maybe he has and I am missing out.. lol. Rating a narrator is a tricky thing in my opinion. For me, I love his deep male voices and his female narration sound like ...well.. a female. The fact that he pulled off a female with a passable Russian accent is a huge plus in my book!
