Enjoy this steamy billionaire romance series by USA Today Bestselling romance author Emma Bray…
Daisy’s a wild one. A free spirit who’d rather get her hands dirty fixing up old cars than primp in front of a mirror. She’s got a big heart, a laid-back attitude, and a life she’s perfectly content with—until she meets him.
Nick is a billionaire who’s tired of the corporate grind and searching for something real. He’s ready for a fresh start in Tennessee, hoping the peaceful hills and small-town charm will give him a new perspective on life. But he never expected to meet Daisy.
When their paths cross, it’s not a fairy tale—it's a disaster. Daisy almost literally wrecks him—over a turtle, of all things. But there’s more to that fateful moment than a near-car accident. It sparks something darker, hotter, and uncontrollable.
Nick can’t get her out of his head, and Daisy? Well, she’s more than a little intrigued by the brooding billionaire who’s suddenly everywhere.
She’ll never let on, though.

They met in the middle of the road, only narrowly avoiding a collision and from the first moment when our hero sees our heroine, he's instantly smitten. The two of them are like chalk and cheese so very different, he's a rich guy from the city. Whilst she's country to her core and likes nothing more than living her life in the country. She loves swimming and not in a heated swimming pool, loves to fish, her best friend's a guy and she just wants to be considered one of the guys! But then our Hero who is definitely not country, decides to show the heroine just how feminine he thinks she is, yet he wants her to dress differently, why? As for her best friend well, he just has to go because our hero doesn't share, is he so insecure that he has to cut her off from everything and everyone?
As I said I didn't connect with the characters at all, the story had the potential to be better I thought. Turning to the narration, I think the only thing I can say is I didn't enjoy listening to Moriah Rosales when she tried to vocalise our hero or any male characters. Her countrified female accent was OK but her delivery of the story was in my opinion without inflexion, it was flat and too slow.

A jaded billionaire big city man and an innocent nature loving girl meet on a lonely stretch of highway. An insta-love tale of obsession and romance that will have you swooning. The narrator had a fairly good take on the accent; but, her inflection and lilting way of speaking was a little distracting.
