Amazing character work

I was drawn in very quickly by the flow of this book. Kah is a compelling protagonist and I have a ton of predictions about what is up with the military. Good portayal of sensitive topic and gods do I have a crush on a certain medic. Honestly a great time.

Great sci-fi, Great Narrator!

Its been a long time since a sci-fi book really connected with me. Joshua has a real knack for creating well-rounded characters with realistic interpersonal relationships.
The world-building is really interesting as well, but the way the cast of characters speak to each other and care for each other is something that really kept me invested.
Jonah Scott as the narrator is also a delight and I could listen to him read binary code.
I can't wait for the next entry in the series! I'm enthusiastically rooting for this author!
