Cultural synthesis

Excellent book and the author did a beyond superb job of mixing the literary styles and nuances between the different characters, their backgrounds and geographical location and its associated implications. Outstanding book.

Confusing and jumps all over the place.

Far too many characters with multiple names, and going back and forth with multiple stories.

Incredible Story

I did not expect this book to play out the way it did. It starts as a contemporary drama and gets more and more complicated and seedy until all it’s many plot threads are tangled together. Thankfully the author was able to squeeze a satisfying ending out of it while leaving little unresolved. Great work, hope to read more from them soon.

narrator is engaging and pleasant. enjoyed the weaving of stories and characters. refreshing and engaging.
