The principle in this book may seem too simple to pay attention to. Yet, it touches into the most important part of our being and our purpose, which is our identity. How you identify is how you will be, so this self exploration is essential to living our lives as our best selves. I love the simple way in which he achieves this. It is very useful not only as I discover what is at the core of me, it will also be useful in guiding my children to align to their own identity.
I highly recommend this quick and fun book that will take you closer to understanding who you really are.
