Great story line.

The narration is good but a male voice should be used in addition to the female voice.

having a male reader in addition would have been nice as this reader did not do well with the "villans" voice at all in my opinion

Why does sex need to be involved in every part of a book? Sometimes just a murder mystery or a cozy mystery is fun and enjoyable.

What happened to the other two sisters?

The author introduces three possible heroines. we follow one into a lot of legal intrigue over will that leaves a grand house to three sisters. The one sister goes through an adventure which does resolve but we never figure out if the other two sisters were ever found, if the house is inherited or anything else. it seems the only thing important to the author was that you find true love with a sheriff named Carter just like all the other sheriffs in her stories.

ok story. terrible narrator

it was hard to concentrate on the story because the narrator was so terrible. if she is doing the rest of the series, I won't be listening. really, audible. do you listen to these people before you hire them? shes probably a lovely person but not a good choice for narrating.
