Great book to start with Affiliate marketing

I really enjoyed reading this book and am excited to start doing the work to make money doing affiliate marketing. There is a bunch of bonus material including 14 courses. This audible version also includes bonus chapters with Todd Snively and Elena Saris discussing related material.
