And some of them will do anything to keep their darkness hidden.
Discover a world where angels walk among us, fighting the the same sins we struggle with…and the same desires. Deep down, everyone just wants to be loved and accepted.
Meet 3 very different angels:
Ava's the absolute worst angel ever. She can't even perform a simple miracle.
Simon fights to regain his rightful place in the heavens after defying multiple angelic rules.
And Aron, the Angel of Death, fell in love with a human...only she doesn't know.
But angels aren’t all that walk among us.
Demons, psychics, vampires, fae, werewolves, and other shifters lurk over our shoulders and around every corner.
Will the angels save you? Or are they too busy trying to save themselves?
With over 900 pages of sweet paranormal romance, supernatural mystery, and gritty urban fantasy, the Angels of Sojourn Series will take you on a journey that will have you questioning everything you thought you knew about angels. Get ready for a wild ride!

There are also several things that don’t make sense or aren’t realistic. One example in the last book is the Angel says the woman he is helping and obviously is falling in love with that he wishes he could experience emotions and he says this in the quarter of the book but the problem is he had already spoke about his feelings numerous times before this chapter and had shown/expressed happiness, anger, protectiveness, and several other emotions. It’s just an example of one of the many items that don’t make sense it wasn’t necessary for the story.
In the first book an 8 year old boy says things to his mother that are way too mature for an 8 year old to say, and frankly this happens too often with his character and it just isn’t realistic.
Many areas it seems like the author took the easy way out to have things happen or explain things. One example is at the very end of the last book the Angel all of a sudden has this power he’s supposedly had all along (pull info from the pit of souls) and it just feels lazy and an easy out to get info.
As far as the narrator goes I’m actually surprised the AI did a good job. The narration is actually better than some human narrator’s but not as good as most (thankfully).
Good book, love the concept

I just cannot get over this AI generated narration. the pauses are wrong, words are pronounced wrong, it's lacking infection and emotion.
Audible, please use REAL voice actors!
This AI generated narrator is a hard listen
