Panic anxiety is the number one mental health problem for women and second only to drug abuse among men. Synthetic tranquilizers can alleviate the symptoms of anxiety illnesses. However, in order to achieve lasting emotional tranquility, a significant lifestyle change must be made.

The Anxiety Cure provides proven, natural strategies for overcoming panic disorder and finding an emotional balance in today's fast-paced world.

I have nothing against Christians. I would have appreciated Knowing that before reading it. It was good but a little to religious.

This is a Christian book

I loved the combinación of psychology, pharmacology and spirituality. Changed my perspective on the medication for anxiety disorders or depression.

Interesting

Should come with a warning that it is bizarrely a Christian book. If you want to hear nonsense about God, Christianity, priests, God worshipping Americans and all that non-relevant nonsense, this is for you.
Alternatively, if you fancy listening to a book that is 99% repetitively rambling on about anxiety and 1% about resolutions, this is for you.
Readers/listeners know what anxiety is, hence them getting the book!
All this book did was make me furious for being conned into purchasing it, adding to stress and consequently increasing anxiety.

Intolerably slow and repetitive. Nonsensically religious
