From the first chapter to the last, they took my breath away. This gripping title relays the emotional story of Grace, a loving mother who embarks on a relentless pursuit to uncover the truth behind her daughter Abi's brutal murder. Ignoring friends’ pleas to stop, she ignores them. There are emotional and tear-jerking moments and I admit I did find myself weeping and encouraging Grace to find Abi’s murderer. {{Yes, I do occasionally talk rather loudly to Alexa as she reads my audiobooks.}}} As Grace delves deeper into Abi's personal life, she’s stunned to discover the secrets her daughter kept hidden. With each twist and turn, Grace’s determination never wavers, despite the danger that lurks around every corner. With its emotional depth, heart-breaking suspense and outstanding narration, “The Arrangement” is a must-listen. Be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster that left me breathless and rooting for Grace until the very end. Worth a treasured credit; I found this at an unbelievable price. Epic I say, EPIC! EPIC! Fast-paced and engaging

I enjoyed every minute of this thriller. What makes this work unique is the protagonist's realistic struggle with alcoholism, which adds an interesting psychological dimension to the tale. Bravo, Ms Rijks--another winner!
