I couldn’t stop listening.
This story was beyond heartbreaking, and had plot twist after plot twist.

Story of Two Sisters and Their Survival

Very captivating story from the beginning with many plot twists. It tells the story of how these two sisters survived the horrors of war and the aftermath of war. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book and didn't want to stop each evening. The narrator did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this book.

Love of family

The intertwining lives of the two sisters as they both try to survive before and after the war is very well done!

struggled with narrator at first, but she grew on me and really is a hitter reader.
