The attitude one has drives how one feels. This boom gave me hope and made me think of how I could not only incorporate it into my own life but into my school life.

I am 65. I wish I had this knowledge years ago. This book should be a must read in High School and college.

excellent book. Should be read by everyone. My life would have been more enriched had I had access to this info much earlier in my life. But it's never too late.
