Sooo moody and broody and sexy. Teddy’s voice is a tad soft for the character.

Bedridden girl doesn’t exactly sell the chemistry

Two thirds of this novella has Natalie as a virtual invalid, so weak she can’t even bathe on her own.
Also, as with many of this author’s FMCs, she’s a poverty stricken waif with multiple tragic backstories. Finally, the vague feeling that he’s a grown man lusting after a child killed any chemistry for me.
