The Bronco Kid is a fictional tale of the settling of the New America in the 1800s through the eyes of a young married couple starting their new life together and deeply in love. The adventure takes them across the plains in a wagon train to settle in the Wild West. As long as they had each other, their life was full, and the beauty of the new territories added to the fullness.

Like most who traveled west in those days, there were many setbacks along the way from both nature and from the influences of bad people. But the couple had the faith they could overcome whatever they faced together. That is, until they become violently separated from each other. From that separation, they both find themselves lost and on their own in a new land, searching for that one they loved most.

Couldn't stop till it was over, I'm a Kansas farm girl, thought it was a great story.

Fantastic narration

The performance and production quality of this audiobook were top notch. I would definitely listen to more books narrated by Mike Cantrell. He managed to put life and personality into this story.
