It turns out his aunt has been kidnapped by treasure hunters. When there's no ransom demand for the return of Raven's aunt, and Sarah experiences more psychic episodes where she sees and is seen while she ghost walks into danger, things take a sudden and unexpected turn for the worse.

Sarah's psychic abilities are more complicated and aggravating than she'd originally thought. While she struggles to get the hang of ghost walking, an unwanted gift inherited from her Scottish grandmother, Sarah lands in precarious positions that put her own life in danger. Can she survive long enough to rescue Raven's aunt or will she end up trapped by her own powers?
