Easy to read with lots of facts explaining the carnivore diet. Also, the recipes helped me understand how to plan my meals for the week. The idea that grains, fruits and vegetables may be fueling inflammation in joints has caused me to increase my research into carnivore.

Thinking about carnivore? My opinion would be to start here! I thoroughly enjoyed this book; it was easy to listen to and comprehend. All of the important topics were covered in enough detail to make me feel confident that a carnivore diet is worth trying, and the author did an excellent job of making it not seem so daunting. I’ve been researching carnivore and have been more what I’d call ketovore but this is giving me the push to move to carnivore. She provides plenty of resources as well as testimonials. Also there are 30 days of meal ideas with recipes! Each recipe has its own chapter in the book so it’s easy to find and follow! I look forward to trying them all to keep carnivore from getting boring! Overall a great book with a great narrator.

This book is well written and very understandable. It’s heavy on the science behind the carnivore diet, and the nutritional benefits of the lifestyle. Recipes are great too! I'm actually ready to give it a try. I think this way of eating could help with a few issues I have.

I am amazed at how thorough "The Carnivore Diet Made Easy" is. Betsy's book is science based. She takes us step by step through the history, nutrition, and advantages and history of meat eating diets vs. plant eating diets. This book answers the most common questions and concerns of a carnivore diet.

One thing I also found valuable is her references to further information that the reader may want. She has included an incredible number of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I highly recommend this book.
