There's no denying the fascination of the life that Lobsang Rampa describes in the remote lamaseries beyond the great Himalayan range - a life that now may have been destroyed for all time.

Here in these ancient repositories of wisdom, the lamas learn the meaning of life - and of death: the relationship between the mind and the brain; the secrets of hypnotism, telepathy, clairvoyance, and reincarnation.

Here's power, but not for abuse or misuse.

Here, too, in this follow-up to Rampa's The Third Eye, is a story of strangeness, adventure, excitement, and danger, as the young Rampa is introduced to the hidden cave of the ancients.

I didn't know what to expect from this book but the preview sounded good so I took the bait and now I'm hooked. I plan on listening to all Lobsang Rampa audio books which are laced with wisdom of the ancients.

this book made me a fan!

After the first three books, where T. Lobsang Rampa was either recalling his childhood, or his journey out of Tibet, and many terrible experiences during and after war . . . this book was much more peaceful with some intriguing experiences.

I enjoy this narrator's work, but there are still a few editing/production small errors that distract - overlapping/repeating sentences.
