Great characters! The story was unique and intriguing. The letters revealed a lot of family history from WWII.

Enjoyed this heartwarming story!

Not overly mushy or sentimental, this story was full of well developed characters. The storyline had substance and descriptions were so lovely of the snow, farm, animals, holiday food & cooking and traditions. A surprise at the end was really delightful and connected all the dots without being obvious. I never guessed! I recommend it for a great Christmas read.
