Drs not knowing and practicing. Not reading this book any sooner. Their being so many people that don't believe in natural healing.

well researched, snd presented... you must read this book, coconut oil is again getting a bad rap in the need because big business just can't make money off it, nor can the pharmaceutical companies...

Great content, not a fan of the reader.

The book has great content and has me thoroughly convinced I need to incorporate more coconut oil into my life. It's sad that we've come to the point where we need to relearn what humans have known for thousands of years but sadly that's where we are.

Seven of talk about oil seems daunting but I can assure you it goes by quickly and isn't the least bit boring or overly scientific.

To be honest, I almost gave up immediately when I heard the readers first few sentences though. His style and tone don't match this type of content whatsoever.

I thought I was well educated about coconut but this book proved me wrong. You really can’t go wrong with coconut- the benefits are amazing with little to no cons. Coconuts change your life for the better. Must read!
