The stories rock, but everything else with this Audible app...?

Love me some Lovecraft cosmic horror stories, but damn this copy bought in the Audible store is complete garbage. There are SO MANY parts in SO MANY of the stories where narration cuts off mid-sentence and continues on a different paragraph. Whenever the narrator reads the spoken words of characters, the narrator cuts the dialog off, skips words, skips whole lines, and picks up mid-paragraph on the next paragraph. Total waste of money. I would have rather had the readable books, so I can actually know what the people were saying in the stories that the narrator messed up so badly.

This need some work

The narrator, Joey Clark, has a very good voice and Lovecraft is, of course, wonderful. Clark, however, has an unfortunate habit of pronouncing names a couple of different ways in a story. I don't know if this was his choice or the producer's. But I really wish LaRosa would remaster this for two reasons. One, a couple of the stories are in several times - once is enough!. And two, in parts that I assume were rerecordings, the volume and vocal qualities change. It's jarring. Overall I'm happy I bought this. On nights when I can't sleep I put this on and it really helps. But a remaster would be wonderful.
