The characters

So fun! The first half wasn’t slow but long if you know what I mean lol. But the second half was so fast (in a good way) and exciting/emotional I really ended up loving it because of the second half. And really well written characters. Also a great performance!! I forgot about that part haha!! But they made the story so captivating.

Unexpected

Loved this book, but it was definitely unexpected! I was not expecting to love it as much as I did.

The present timeline

I enjoyed the relatability of it, the writing, the narrating. How it felt like I was learning a friends story.
