Loved The Significant!

I was a bit disappointed this wasn’t a sequel but the author lets you know that going into the book (thumbs up Kyra). This is mainly about Isa’s uprise to becoming the beloved leader before Kailynn shows up. Even though I had my doubts about being interested in this book, I was pleasantly surprised by the storyline. Kyra is an amazing writer that brings you back to the world she first imagined with another story I couldn’t put down. I enjoyed hearing about Isa’s trials along with the bonds she formed with some of her closest allies. I would have enjoyed it more if we were given an in depth glimpse of her relationship with Kailynn that first month, especially from Isa’s point of view. Perhaps a book devoted to that time frame would be welcome?? <Hopeful> I still enjoyed this installment and am very interested to see what Kailynn was up to in her life before the enigmatic leader showed up. I will be getting that one next.
