It contains explicit sexual descriptions that have elements of harem and light bondage/BDSM themes. They are not gratuitous, but help in setting the darker theme of the world Alex is thrown into. This book will appeal to urban fantasy fans that enjoy Brent Weeks/Brandon Sanderson books, but with an adult theme.

Unexpectedly find yourself rooting for the supposed bad guys.

This story keeps your feelings about angels, demons, God & Satan changing often. Sympathy for the demons, animosity towards the angels & the idea that Lucifer & Satan are not one & the same. Humanity is at the mercy of good & evil being balanced. Feelings & male narrator's would've made the audiobook so much better to listen to.
