Unsatisfactory ending

The story was great, but there were a lot of gaps. The ending was especially unsatisfactory. So many unanswered questions!

Missing something

The book was satisfactory, a little more romance would have been nice. It felt like something was missing from the story.

I enjoyed the book. I found it a fun read, with a long slow burn romance. The characters were unique and likeable, even when they behave badly.
Great narration

Romantic and Fun

The story is romantic, amusing and fun even if at times heart wrenching. I loved the leading characters but the young sisters added a lot of fun to the story. The narrator made the story come to life. This is the first time I listen to a story for this author but I plan to listen to more.

A Clean Regency

A nice clean regency romance. The heronine is a bit too stubborn, and the author drew the plot out too long. Yet, it was a sweet story. The sisters story would not hold up for today’s audience. Women do not wait, they know their worth and move on to a man who knows their worth as well.
