Also it debunks every diet out there and how they are not great and actually not sustainable, with supporting data. Sigh and yet people think science doesn't exist, yet nature and science gives us tools to live longer. I loved how this book talked about the different benefits of food, and didn't tell you to cut out any food really. It just said reduce. Also it said if you fall off get back on.
If you've been struggling to find a positive health message this is a great book. I feel like the Cleveland Clinic should adapt it.
