good story with flaws

I liked the story overall, but the way the story idealized white American men was a little over the top.

The story was well done. It was a true romance novel that was not just about sex but more about the emotions and personality of the characters and the families. Rose is an amazing writer. This is my second book I’ve read from her and I throughly enjoyed both.
