Very relatable to anyone with a narcissistic parent

The similarities between the authors life and my own are uncanny, I found it especially surprising considering that I didn’t actually go into this really knowing what it was about. Chapters 24 & 25 really delve into the traits of narcissism and explain it quite well. This book really explains how having a parent with these traits can affect a person long term. Overall the book is well written and interesting.
