I just got this a week and half ago and I am almost done listening to the whole thing. So far, I think there are quite a lot of info on how to learn instead of what you should learn, which is excellent, because knowing how to learn will save you time. Speed up your English speaking

Good learning material. You can quickly brush up all those useful phrases in your memory and practice using them. Although, I think, the information can really speed up your ability to speak in a more fluent way.
