Excellent intro to gamification

If you are interested in learning about gamification, this book is a great first read.

Great toolkit

It is really a toolkit - I just missed some storey telling or maybe one or two real cases to inspire us!

Why is this even a separate book?

I wish I had realized that this book was under an hour long before I purchased it. It's really just an appendix for the authors other book, "For the Win," which is about gamification. Indeed, a substantial portion of the content here is just urging the listener to buy "For the Win" in order to get the real info. This is essentially just a glossary of some specific gamification techniques. It would be better as an appendix in the other book, or as a PDF a few pages long from their website.

content is okay but narrator was a boring

I listened to this audible after listening to actionable gamification by Yu Kai chou. this audible was a lot harder and dryer to listen to especially after Chou's book was very entertaining and engaging. Yu Kai's audible was more like an actual engaging conversation. this audio book was only 5 chapters. not enough info like they didn't even try

I can also recommend his longer book “for the win”. This gives a short overview
