Mash Cassidy, smooth-talking werewolf and notorious ladies' man, has been running from his responsibilities and his pack for fifteen years. But with Harvest Fest only weeks away, Alpha's ordering him to return home, and she won't take no for an answer. It's time for him to grow up and mate with a nice werewolf girl. In fact, Alpha already has one in mind.

But Mash wasn't built for settling down, and in a desperate move to keep Alpha off his back, he drags his wolf shifter best friend Cian into another of his harebrained schemes: pretend to be a werewolf and pose as his fake-mate for two whole months.

What could go wrong? They're just friends, and Mash definitely hasn't been developing unusual feelings for him.

Cian Barker, hipster wolf shifter and tech whiz, has been in love with his best friend since the day they met at uni. It doesn't matter that Mash is straight and completely unobtainable; Cian is just happy to have him in his life.

But when Mash asks him to be his fake-mate during the family's Harvest Fest celebration, Cian might have reached his limits with how far he'll go for Mash, at least until he's faced with his favourite pair of puppy-dog eyes. The ones he just can't seem to resist.

It'll be fine. Cian can pretend—he's been pretending for their entire friendship. Besides, it's not like Mash will ever love him back.

The Good Boys Club is an MM best-friends-to-lovers paranormal romance, and the second in the Mythical Mishaps series of interconnected standalones. Expect the usual silliness, slow burn, lots of pining, plenty of scent marking, and a ton of praise for the bestest boy in the Eight and a Half Kingdoms.

What a romance! pining, best friends to lovers, found family, gay awakening. everything I love in a good room com. It gave Amazon's version of Red White & Royal Blue (the movie not the book), but way more funny and with a great sci-fi twist. my new favorite gay romcom. 10 out of 10.

And I did, for the most part. I was able to avoid the two main WS scenes by just skipping to the end of the chapters, but it’s so near to a plot point that it was unavoidable.

I also never like anyone being made to feel guilty for keeping personal secrets, especially when it’s in reaction to manipulation and unreasonable demands. It was a small part, but all brushed under the rug immediately and I didn’t feel great about it.

I really wanted to enjoy this.

I love these two idiots more than is likely normal. Jemma is one of my absolute favorite authors - the humor that she infuses into every book is one of my favorite things to read. I also love that she's not afraid to get a little weird - which she absolute does here. Cillian and Mash are 100% one of my favorite fictional couples and I will absolutely be re-reading this book several times.

Bought this book after absolutely loving Jenna Croft’s Shroom For Improvement. I love her writing style that incorporates nature facts with humor. She invents a unique twist on werewolf culture and genetics (Mash) compared to were shifter (Cian). Mash and Cian’s sexual dynamics were a surprise, which I won’t spoil since you’re in for a treat about 2/3 into the story. Great narration!

Unique and Fun
