so many insightful tips. loved that it asked you questions at the end of each chapter. an all around amazing book this one is definitely tied for 1st place right now with the last book i just listened to which makes it hard to decide which one ill listen to again first.

Useful information for a new manager

This book had some great points that shed light on how to maintain the motivation of direct reports while making changes and considering the buy-in from your employees.

Very good message but tends to ramble.

Very good message but tends to ramble. He lost me at times and really got ‘out there’. Overall though was very informative and helpful.
