I liked their chemistry. I like the trauma she was going through that made her hold back. But nothing else really stood out for me.

I loved this book

The main characters were so good. I loved the male lead! He was sweet and kind but alpha in bed! So hot!

A good couple

Worth is a lovely MMC, and he absolutely deserved Sophia every step of the way. He is the "dad" of his friend group -- always looking out for everyone but himself. His backstory was interesting, and I liked the subplot with his sisters. He instantly falls for Sophia, but he thinks about what everyone else wants first. When it becomes clear that he has a clear field, he takes his chance immediately, but he is also respectful of Sophia's situation. She has had bad news from her family, but she isn't ready to talk about it. Hanging out with Worth is the perfect distraction for her because he is such a great guy. It doesn't take long for her to realize that she needs to encourage him to think of himself, too. They make a balanced couple with terrific chemistry.
The audiobook is very good too. Grayson Owens was new to me, and I liked his calm delivery for Worth. Samantha Brentmoor did her usual lovely job with the emotion and humor.

Sophia shares her new shocking family discovery and one thing leads to another situation. This audiobook is a heartwarming romance with fantastic characters, family situations, witty banter, strong emotions, and sizzling passion. I highly recommend this audiobook.
