“I cannot recommend this series enough.”—#1 New York Times bestselling author Ali Hazelwood

AS SEEN ON THE TODAY SHOW • Solving crimes as Sherlock Holmes gets entirely too personal for Charlotte Holmes in this enthralling Victorian mystery from the USA Today bestselling author of A Study in Scarlet Women.

With Scotland Yard closing in, Charlotte goes under disguise to seek out the truth. But uncovering the truth could mean getting too close to Lord Ingram--and a number of malevolent forces...

Note: This series, so far, needs to be read in order. The first two books were a little convoluted for me, but they provided the necessary backstory. This has been, by far, my favorite. I adore each character, even the “bad” ones. This ended “most satisfactorily, indeed.” I will certainly be reading the next book in the series. What fun!
