Downloads the Wrong Book of the Bible

I would give it a 5 star only because it is Gods word but I am not reviewing God here but "The Publisher" and/or "Audible" .... Every other HOVEL AUDIO Bible book I have listened thus far I would indeed give a 4 or 5 star review. When you select to download the book of "ACTS" you get "3rd John" .. not what I paid for and am waiting for a correction in the matter presently. The Icon in my library on my computer and on the internet shows up ACTS but the Title in the column is 3rd John and indeed plays/reads as 3rd John.

The only other thing I have to suggest is that the narrator purposefully infuses emotions into characters in this series of downloads, i.e. the devil tempting Jesus etc ... Honestly, we have all been tricked if we think that the devil is going to appear unto the Son of God to tempt him like a greedy spineless worm, you are all sadly mistaken, Christ was much smarter than this and the adversary would have known it. Change the voice, but .. leave out the childlike emotions ... we are adults.

With all this said ... All the Hovel Audio Bible book downloads I have listened to are indeed unabridged, and the narrator is easy to listen to when not infusing emotions and I have enjoyed them very much. Thus, I will always recommend anyone to download The Word of God for without a doubt it stands alone and is unmatched. But keep in mind the emotions spoken may or may not be the emotions displayed of those whom truly spoke the words thousands of years ago.

Always Download the Bible unabridged ... and I hope ACTS becomes ACTS soon and not 3rd JOHN.
