As Ivor’s secrets are gradually uncovered, Marie must draw upon her love for her family and her belief in herself to survive.

Narrator ruins it

it was so difficult to follow the story because the narrator has such a over-blown and exaggerated delivery. Every sentence is a thrilling, or alarming, event. That voice just grates on the nerves.
